In the early hours of Thursday 8th August, 20+ people were preemptively arrested in a dawn raid, with equipment for the Reclaim the Power camp also seized.  The items seized include tents, toilets, wheelchair accessible flooring, kitchen equipment and other key logistical equipment to facilitate our plans for a peaceful and accessible camp. This police operation was a clear attempt by the state to intimidate and prevent peaceful protest.
